Beauty truly is in the eye of beholder, especially if you’re someone as inventive and imaginative as Kat Wise, an incredible woman who transformed a so-called "janky old farm" in Woodstock, New York into something truly spectacular.
In 2009, Kat and her partner, Mason Brown, began working on renovating the house that would become known as Calico, or "the rainbow house", with psychedelic murals outside and whimsical, technicolor dream rooms indoors.
The entire house was made on a budget with recycled materials and plenty of DIY elbow grease
The finished product is truly extraordinary and will surprise you!
