2/14 Line loaf tray with baking paper.

3/14 Pour melted chocolate 1cm thick into bottom of the loaf tray.

4/14 Use a spoon to even the chocolate out. Then put in fridge to set.

5/14 Spoon melted caramel chews onto the chocolate base.

6/14 Use a spoon to even the caramel out.

7/14 Place shortbread biscuits onto the melted caramel.

8/14 Once the caramel is lined with the shortbread, put back into the fridge to set.

9/14 Pour over an extra spoonful of either melted chocolate or caramel to glue the next layer of shortbread down.

10/14 Line the tray with a second layer of shortbread biscuits.

11/14 Top with melted chocolate to cover the biscuits. Then put in fridge to set.

12/14 Once set, remove the bar from load tray and place on top of two glasses over a baking tray. Evenly pour more melted chocolate over the bar.

13/14 Smooth out the sides with a spatula or the back of a knife, and leave to set.
