What an incredible third day on our Big Spender trip with Tori and Preston!
This morning was all about tailor-made suits, an experience like no other. We visited William Cheng & Son, where the team worked their magic to create perfectly fitted suits for Tori and Preston (both over 6ft tall!).
Toni went bold with a hot pink suit which we can't wait to see.
The afternoon was a feast for the senses. We indulged in the most divine egg tarts from Bake House Hong Kong, a sourdough bakery in the heart of the city. These weren’t your average egg tarts, they are made with a croissant crust!
Then, we set sail on a luxurious boat cruise down Victoria Harbour, soaking in the skyline views, before strolling through a traditional Hong Kong market.
Dinner this evening was amazing. We dined at Man Wah at the Mandarin Oriental, a stunning setting with food that was nothing short of spectacular.
Here’s just a taste of what we enjoyed:
- Roasted suckling pig
- Chilled cucumber with yuzu vinegar
- Pan-fried bean curd sheet roll with assorted mushrooms
- Peking duck
- Wok-fried prawn with egg white, crab meat and crab roe
- Wok-fried minced duck with bamboo shoots and lettuce
- Tossed noodles with barbecued Iberian pork loin
- Chilled fig cream with seaweed sago
Every dish was a work of art, and it was the perfect way to end another unforgettable day.
