Jason Reeves surprises Suzy Cato with a revelation about her biggest fan

Suzy Cato has been entertaining people of all ages in New Zealand for over 25 years, and she's showing no signs of giving that up any time soon.

She stopped by the studio just this morning to talk about her new album but was blown away by Jason's revelation about his son.

After asking Suzy is she'd kindly sing her song 'Sprinkle a Little Sunshine', Jason revealed why he was so keen to hear a live rendition: 

"The reason I say this is because we've got a five-year-old Max, and he's just started school this year. So a couple of weeks ago we had his first school disco, and the biggest song that all the children got up to sing was Sprinkle a Little Sunshine," he said.

"Seriously? Oh, I love that," Suzy replied.

"And did they sprinkle the sunshine?" Suzy asked.

"They did, they did the actions," Jason enthusiastically said.

Anyone would think that Jason was the one tearing up the dance floor with his moves during the disco...

The two went on to play a game of 'Would You Rather', where Suzy revealed that she'd rather lose sleep instead of having a cold shower, always lose over never playing, be gossiped about rather than not, and know it all over having it all.

Suzy then treated Jason to a live performance of 'Sprinkle a Little Sunshine' where Jason got to relive the time of his life that he had at Max' school disco.
