In an effort to help curb plastic pollution, Corona has come up with a new type of beer can that might make those plastic six-pack rings a thing of the past. They have come up with a can design which has threading at the top and bottom that allows them to be connected and stacked on top of each other. “Corona Fit Packs” will not only allow Corona to sell beer cans without the plastic rings, but they will also allow for a wider variety of quantities to be sold. The new design is said so allow you to fasten together as many as ten cans in a single stack. The cans are currently being tested in Mexico.
