Just in time for the school holidays, here's a poem about our 'Invisible Cat' (With apologies to my mum who was a wonderful poet - the genes must be in the wash!)

What a rat that invisible cat
Black and white cat on a black and white mat
When he has a kip
he makes me trip
Black and white cat on a black and white mat

While he has a snooze
my knees I bruise
The invisible cat on a black and white mat
What makes me curse
is the end of this verse
The invisible cat on the black and white mat

His name isn't Pat
nor Nat, Matt or Scatt
That black and white cat on a black and white mat
The cat is a Max
and without a good rhyme
I just can't relax
