It seems Countdown has just discovered the magic of exciting fusion foods!

That's right, they're about to delight many of their customers with the release of their new creation.

The supermarket chain has merged the unexpected combination of two of our favourite foods into the ultimate snack ...

Cheeseburger spring rolls!

Hitting their shelves now, Countdown has released a brand new line of crispy spring roll pastry filled with beef mince, cheese, pickles, ketchup and finished off with a tangy mustard sauce.

And don't worry if you are vegetarian, because there is something for you too!

The new range also includes vegetable cocktail spring rolls, bolognese arancini, jalapeno cheese croquettes, polenta and parmesan bites, and pumpkin and harissa bites.

The full range - including the cheeseburger spring rolls - is available now in the freezer section for $5.50 per pack.
