It's one of our favourite videos ... so we're throwing it back to 2016 when Michael Bublé went undercover for a hilarious hidden camera prank.

We all know he has got one of the worlds most recognisable voices, but what happens when the Canadian crooner transforms his face, hair and accent to become a South African?

Looking a far cry from his usual polished self, with his hair in a man bun and large black stud earrings in his ears, the 47-year-old singer spent time filming with BBC One undercover as a secret sales assistant for John Lewis.

As the 'Haven't Met You Yet' singer tried to sell home entertainment units, it wasn't until he broke character by singing his own hit songs that the penny dropped for shoppers.

At one stage of the prank, Michael takes a stab at himself telling a potential buyer that he would only use a Bublé CD as a coaster.

"Don’t insult him," the shopper replies, "Bublé’s good."

This is one of those pranks that you can’t help but watch right up until the end.

Lekker, man.
