Arnott's Biscuits share their recipe for Peanut Butter Jatz Sandwiches

They're the perfect mix of sweet and salty and are set to be your next favourite snack - Peanut Butter Jatz Sandwiches ❤️

Ingredients:

  • 24 Arnott’s Jatz
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 200g chocolate melts
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Method:

  • Arrange half of the Jatz crackers on a baking paper-lined tray.
  • Spoon peanut butter (about 2 teaspoons) onto each Jatz and top with the remaining Jatz, pressing gently to sandwich together.
  • Refrigerate until the peanut butter is firm, about 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate melts (or leftover easter eggs in a microwave-safe bowl) and microwave on medium for 30 seconds.
  • Stir, then continue to microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate has melted.
  • Dip each Jatz sandwich into chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing flat on a lined baking tray.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set, then sprinkle with sea salt.
