If there’s one thing we know about Toni Street, it’s that her recipes are always quick, easy, and seriously delicious.
Just in time for Easter, Toni’s whipped up a Mini Egg Easter Slice that’s rich, chocolatey and packed with crunchy mini eggs. It’s the kind of treat you can throw together in minutes... and it’ll disappear just as fast once everyone gets a taste.
Perfect for an Easter gathering, afternoon tea, or simply using up that stash of mini eggs you’ve been “saving” (we won’t judge).
So what are you waiting for? Time to get baking…
Ingredients:
- 2 packets malt biscuits
- 2½ cans condensed milk
- 1 block Whittaker’s milk chocolate
- ½ block Whittaker’s white chocolate
- Mini eggs (as many as you can find!)
Method:
- Crush the malt biscuits into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the condensed milk and mix until everything is well combined.
- Roughly chop or smash some mini eggs and fold them through the mixture, along with ½ block milk chocolate chunks.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined slice tin, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
- Melt the remaining milk chocolate and spread it evenly over the slice.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
- Finish by sprinkling extra mini eggs over the chocolate layer.
- Place in the fridge until set, then slice and enjoy!
Trust us: this one won’t last long once it hits the table.
