What’s better than Toni's Christmas bark? A Christmas bark tree! Just grab a baking tray, baking paper, a pencil for drawing your circles, and different sized bowls to draw around (if you need help with drawing circles).

Ingredients:

  • A block of your favourite chocolate
  • Treats for each layer (nuts, candy canes, chocolate pretzels, lollies ...)
  • Icing sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Draw your circles (base layers) on baking paper
  2. Melt your chocolate
  3. Pour chocolate into each circle and spread to reach the edges (make it thick!)
  4. Top each circle with whatever treats you fancy
  5. Give the discs a decent amount of time in the fridge before you assemble
  6. Remove your discs from the fridge
  7. Melt some more chocolate
  8. One by one, pour some of the new melted chocolate (it acts as a glue) into the middle of each disk, and start stacking
  9. Put back in the fridge to allow the 'glue' to harden
  10. Optional: sprinkle with icing sugar for the snowy vibes
