This Irish Espresso Martini is perfect for celebrating St Patrick’s Day this year

Introducing the Irish cousin to the classic espresso martini! 

This delicious drink makes the perfect dessert for celebrating St. Patrick's Day this year, with a nod to the traditional Irish coffee and topped with 3 coffee beans for a touch of luck.

Ingredients:

• Ice Cubes
• 30ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
• 30ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 30ml Cold Brew Espresso
• 3 Whole Coffee Beans

Method:

1. Fill your shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, Jameson Irish Whiskey, and cold brew espresso.
3. Shake vigorously for 15 – 20 seconds until it's nicely foamy.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a cocktail glass to remove any ice chips but keep the velvety foam.
5. Top with 3 coffee beans for a touch of luck.
