As millions of people around the world are swapping their offices for kitchen tables and sofas, colleagues have turned to modern technology to keep in touch.

But for one unfortunate woman, it seems she's still trying to figure out the rules and etiquette that comes with video conference calls.

In a video posted to Twitter, a team of 11 colleagues can be seen having a serious meeting about the ethical standards in the profession of social work through Zoom, a video conferencing service.

Suddenly, one employee - referred to on the call as Jennifer - gets up and walks to the bathroom.

Not wanting to miss out on the discussion, she decided to take her laptop with her, forgetting that the webcam is still on and is pointing directly at the toilet.

Jennifer soon figured out her seriously embarrassing mistake and turned the camera to the wall, but not before her workmates noticed and were left in fits of laughter.

The video has since gone viral, receiving more than eight million views.

So remember to always be aware of your surroundings when working from home. Always!
