Arnie Lillo has designed and crafted steel cutouts since 1998. But his latest idea is also his greatest piece to date.
At 45 feet, his latest masterpiece is a replica of the Eiffel Tower, chosen as a memorial for his wife Janice as a tribute to her French heritage.
Janice has lung cancer with the doctor giving her just two to five months to live.
