Freddie Mercury and David Bowie's a cappella rendition of ‘Under Pressure’ is incredible!

Happy Birthday, Freddie!

Yesterday, the legendary Queen frontman Freddie Mercury would have turned 73.

In honour of the late singer, we're through it back to 1981, when David Bowie reunited with Queen in a recording studio in Switzerland.

The musicians had the intention of doing vocals for the song 'Cool Cat,' but instead, they ended up with this musical gem - an incredible a cappella rendition of 'Under Pressure'!

Freddie had a colourful career before it was tragically cut short when he died of AIDS-related pneumonia in 1991, at the age of 45.
