Corden took on the role of Abu - Aladdin's monkey - in the street alongside Will Smith (Genie), Naomi Scott (Princess Jasmine), and Mena Massoud (Aladdin), while they busted out all the classics, including 'Friend Like Me', 'Prince Ali' and of course, 'A Whole New World' – which featured the four sitting on a 'magic carpet' being lifted by a forklift.

While some Los Angeles commuters were rather annoyed by the stunt, several absolutely loved the free musical, which included a variety of costume changes, dancing and even pyrotechnics.
