Man Pays For $212 Speeding Ticket With Coins

Texas resident, Brett Sanders, got a speeding ticket for going 39 mph in a 30 mph zone. He challenged the fine, but a jury ruled he still had to pay up. So, he decided to make his payment as annoying as possible — by paying in pennies.
