Christmas is the most magical time of year.

But creating all that magic isn’t exactly picture-perfect for many parents.

And Saturday Night Live cast member Cecily Strong, along with guest host Matt Damon, have hilariously and accurately summed up what spreading the yuletide cheer is really like for parents.

Titled "Best Christmas Ever", the pair star as exhausted parents finally settling in for that post-hosting-the-holidays glass of wine.

• Ed Sheeran performs stunning live cover of the Pogues' Christmas classic 'Fairytale Of New York'

You know the moment when the stress is finally over and the joys of putting together impossible-to-assemble toys on Christmas Eve and being awakened before the sun rises to the screams of over-excited kids on Christmas morning is behind you.

Hands up if you can relate!?
