Michael Jackson Fans Believe He Is Still Alive After Spotting Him 'Lurking In Daughter Paris' Selfie'

It was a sad day for music fans when Michael Jackson died in 2009.

But some people just can't accept that the King of Pop has passed, with many conspiracy theorists claiming he is actually alive and well.

A selfie shared by his daughter Paris Jackson on her Instagram account has only added fuel to the fire.

After Paris shared a snap of herself in her car from back in May, a shadowy figure in the back seat lead Jacko fans to claim the figure is none other than her late father.

Now, a YouTube video titled “SHOCK! Michael Jackson Seen Alive 2016 Paris Jackson instagram photo” attempts to corroborate the theories.

The two minute-long video has clocked up more than 348,000 views to date.

Some suggested the figure could just be the car's headrest, while others said the picture is too dark to identify a person – let alone Jacko.

The selfie comes after a video emerged earlier this year purporting to show new images of MJ taken in a crowd during 2016.

The video, titled “Michael Jackson appears after seven years (2016) with proof”, claims that the fallen star could be hiding out in Canada or Africa.

Michael had been preparing for his comeback tour when he was found unresponsive in his LA home and declared dead at the age of 48.
