Race of Champions is coming to New Zealand

For the first time ever, Race Of Champions is coming to New Zealand, bringing one of the world's biggest motorsport spectacles to Wellington.

Having been staged at iconic venues including Wembley Stadium and Beijing's Bird's Nest, the event will see some of the world's best drivers go head-to-head on home soil.

The format is simple: every driver races the exact same car, so it's all about skill, speed and ability. Expect an epic showdown between Kiwi favourite Hayden Paddon and international motorsport legends including Sebastian Vettel and Valtteri Bottas.

And there's another twist! Hnry Stadium's turf will be transformed into a full tarmac racetrack for the event, turning the stadium into a motorsport arena like nothing Wellington has seen before.
