Penny Lancaster shares a sweet birthday tribute to her 'darling' husband Sir Rod Stewart

Sir Rod Stewart's wife Penny Lancaster shared a sweet birthday tribute to her 'darling' husband for his 79th birthday earlier this week.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a cute pic of the pair of them enjoying cocktails on an animal print sofa. 

Rod's son Sean Stewart also shared a birthday tribute to his dad, sharing a collection of photos to Instagram, including one of Rod sipping on a pink cocktail with a balloon string wrapped around his nose and another adorable photo from when Sean was a newborn.

"Happy bday dad I love you so much," Sean captioned the post while his mum Alana added in the comments section: "Happy Birthday, Rod!"
