ABBA has released a colourful new lyric music video for their hit 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)'

ABBA is back with another new music lyric video ... and this time it's 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)'.

Giving their much-loved 1979 classic a more modern look, the beloved Swedish supergroup released the new video on Friday much to the delight of fans.

Like the previous clips for 'Waterloo' and 'Chiquitita,' the video uses period footage of the group and adds the song's lyrics, seen across the screen in a rainbow font.

Released in 1979, 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)' was another highly successful song for ABBA.

It hit number one in Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, and Switzerland, while reaching the top three in Austria, West Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Norway.

It also proved to be ABBA's most successful song in Japan, hitting number 17.
