Prepare to hear 'Do You Really Want to Hurt Me' like you've never heard it before.

In celebration of Culture Club's manager Paul 'PK' Kemsley's birthday, Boy George, Roy Hay and Mikey Craig performed a stunningly stripped-down rendition of the '80s hit.

Taking to Twitter, the group treated fans to a video of the moment they belted the spectacular cover out, instead of performing the song in its iconic upbeat style.

On what was supposedly their "night off," the footage shows the band gathered around a piano, in what appears to be a large private home, where they sing a slowed-down version.

Alongside the video, they wrote: "An acoustic rendition of 'Do You Really Want to Hurt Me' on our night off to celebrate PK's birthday!"

Absolutely amazing!
