Kate Middleton has put herself into self-isolation after coming into contact with a person who has tested positive with Covid-19.

The Daily Mail claims that the Duchess of Cambridge is "following all relevant government guidelines" and is currently self-isolating at home.

At this time, it is believed that she is not currently experiencing any symptoms.

Kensington Palace has not revealed where that specific contact was, however, Kate was alerted on Friday afternoon local time, the publication claims.

The Duchess has already received her first and second Covid-10 vaccinations.

Despite this, Kate has been busy in the last week attending events like Wimbledon on Friday.

The Duchess also went to Wembley Stadium last Tuesday to watch a soccer game between England and Germany.

When Kate was alerted of the close contact, she started isolation at home immediately.
