Prince William's heartbreaking promise

It was a promise that a very young William made to his mother when he was just 14, but it’s one that he’ll never be able to follow through with.

As you will know, when Charles and Diana split, William was still quite young and didn’t have any say in what happened.

Charles and Diana had to decide what was going to happen with their royal titles once they had split.

Apparently, the Queen was fine with Diana holding on to her title, but it was Charles that kicked up a fuss about it, so she lost it.
