Last week may have marked 42 years since the King of Rock and Roll tragically passed away after suffering a heart attack, but it has just been announced Elvis is set to get his very own cartoon!

That's right.

An adult action-comedy animated series starring a fictional Elvis Presley is coming to Netflix.

The series, called Agent King, is co-created by Priscilla Presley and will reportedly follow Elvis as he moonlights as a secret government agent while still touring America as a musician.

The synopsis reads: "Elvis Presley trades in his white jumpsuit for a jet pack when he is covertly inducted into a secret government spy program to help battle the dark forces that threaten the country he loves — all while holding down his day job as the King of Rock and Roll."

When announcing the new series, Priscilla stated: "From the time Elvis was a young boy he always dreamed of being the superhero fighting crime and saving the world! Agent King lets him do just that.
