Rachel Hunter spent Christmas with her family in LA, but it hasn't stopped our favourite supermodel from soaking up the New Zealand summer before it ends.
Over the past couple of weeks, Rachel has been traveling around New Zealand, visiting some little-known spots around the country and putting them on the map.
