After cancelling his shows down under earlier this year, Sir Rod Stewart has announced he will be performing his last-ever New Zealand shows in Dunedin and Napier in April 2023 ...

And he will be joined by two very special guests!

The 77-year-old singer will be taking to the stage at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin on April 5 before heading north to Napier on April 8, with none other than Cyndi Lauper and New Zealand's very own Jon Stevens.

The tour will see Lauper performing for one hour, playing all her most loved songs including 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun' and 'Time After Time.'

While rock singer Stevens will open both shows on the tour.

With global record sales in excess of 50 million, Lauper's iconic voice, influential punk glamour and infectious live shows catapulted her to stardom.

The Grammy Award-winner became the first woman in history to have four top-five singles from a debut album.

In 2013, Lauper became the first solo woman to win Best Original Score (music and lyrics) for Kinky Boots.

These will be two amazing shows!
