Paul "The Sinnerman" Sinha is a fan favourite on The Chase.

But the much-loved Chaser saddened fans last year when he revealed he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

Now the 49-year-old brainiac - who is famous for his white suit - has disclosed that his diagnosis has left him more open to taking risks after subsequently losing his sense of fear.

Speaking to the Guardian, he said: "The thing that has changed most since the diagnosis is that I’ve lost my fear.

"I've always been one of those comics who doesn’t say much on panel shows because I’m terrified of saying the wrong thing or offending the wrong person.

"But now, I’ve lost all that. I’ve got the exaggerated carpe diem that a lot of people get with their diagnosis."

Parkinson’s is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system, which usually begins with motor symptoms, including shaking and difficulty walking.

We're glad to see the Sinnerman is "seizing the day"!
