The new Christmas trend

Succulents are an amazing addition to any household, and they're easy to look after - so what's not to love?

If you need another reason to get some more succulents around the house, this trend will be perfect! 

Succulent Christmas trees are a relatively new idea, and are taking the arts and crafts world by storm.

They are a perfect solution if you want a Christmas tree, but don't have the space required.

They are so cute, and they are very easy to make! 

All you need is some chicken wire, sphagnum moss and a mix of large, medium and small succulents.

Simply make a cone shape with the chicken wire and pin it together.

Then fill the wire cone with some damp sphagnum moss.

Make small holes in the cone frame - chopsticks work a treat to make the holes.

Next, place a succulent into each hole, repeating the process until the entire cone is covered.

And lastly, add a star to the top of your tree ... or some baubles and twinkle lights!
