What an inspirational story! Amber Rose, 24, used to gorge on takeaways three times a week. But now she has lost half her body weight after she could no longer fit into a standard aeroplane seat.
Tipping the scales at around 154kgs, and fitting into a size 28 dress, Rose realised something needed to happen, and fast.
But now the personal assistant has her dream bikini body, dropping a whopping 78kgs and fitting into a size 10, after she ditched takeaways and became a 'gym junkie'.
Amber told the Daily Mail: "I had to buy two plane seats every time I went on holiday, it was costing me a fortune.
"I also needed a seatbelt extender to fit over my bulging stomach, I was so uncomfortable but I couldn't envision how I'd ever be any different.
"It was mortifying going away and instead of looking forward to holidays I would always dread them as getting on a plane was always humiliating.
"I was actually in denial about how big I was, I would snack on sharing packs of Maltesers all day and have at least three takeaways a week.
"Then one day a friend uploaded a photo of me at a buffet table, I was horrified, I couldn't believe it was me in the picture. I knew I was big but this woman looked huge.
"After that I lost a stone quite quickly but was humiliated again when a stranger came up to me on a night out and asked how many months pregnant I was.
"Ever since then I haven't looked back, I switched to low calorie healthy meals and began to do light exercise.
"Now I'm a gym junkie and absolutely love working out, I feel more confident than ever and can't wait to get my bikini out this summer."
