In a James Bond spoof for Comic Relief, the secret agent popped up on a laptop in M's office where Catherine Tate's beloved character Nan was working as a cleaner.

"Why are you introducing yourself backwards?" she squawked after he'd performed his famous 'Bond, James Bond' line.

The hilarious new clip comes after fans have been waiting months for the new Bond film No Time To Die to hit cinemas.

The long-awaited upcoming instalment was due in cinemas in April but was pushed back to November because of the global pandemic.

No Time To Die will be released in New Zealand on November 12.
