Heath Ledger's daughter Matilda is all grown up and looks just like her famous father ...

It's still hard to believe, but last Thursday would've marked Heath Ledger's 40th birthday!

When the Dark Knight actor tragically passed away in 2008 from an accidental overdose, he left behind a two-year-old daughter, Matilda.

Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams has brought up their 13-year-old girl single-handidly since, but while the 48-year-old actress isn't a fan of being in public, lately she has been snapped out and about with Matilda in New York.

And it's safe to say she's all grown up ... and looking just like her father!

Williams also recently admitted Matilda is yet to transition into the difficult teenager stage.

During an appearance on Live With Kelly And Ryan last week, the former Dawson's Creek star said: "Every morning we wake up and I look to see if the transformation has happened and if it's turned into the next level that I keep hearing about, but so far, we're not there yet."

Asked how they were coping with Heath's 40th birthday, Williams replied: "So far so good."
