After more than 50 years in the entertainment industry, Sir Elton John has done it all ...

But now he can add food connoisseur to his CV!

The legendary songwriter is "spreading love" with the release of his own limited-edition Rocketman Marmite - and it’s all for an important cause.

Every jar of his unique yeast-based spread will see a donation go to The Elton John AIDS Foundation, to support its mission to end AIDS by 2030.

Speaking about the surprise collab, the singer said: "Whether it's through the work of my foundation or connecting with my fans on the road, I've always been about spreading love over hate, and I’m happy to do just that with my limited-edition Marmite jar."

The Elton John AIDS Foundation was launched in 1992 and has since raised over $525 million and funded projects in over 90 countries.

Since its inception, the Foundation has reached over 100 million people, with HIV/AIDS education, prevention, treatment and support.
