Just hours after he dropped his brand new mash-up track with Dua Lipa, Sir Elton John couldn't resist giving his French fans a taste of the song ...
The 74-year-old music legend took to the DJ booth at the La Guérite restaurant in Cannes to delight beach-goers with an impromptu sing-along of 'Cold Heart' during his holiday on Saturday.
Speaking into the microphone, the 'Tiny Dancer' singer encourages the surprised audience to "dance at the table and wave your hands and your handkerchiefs" as he belted out the song.
The mash-up track is a dance remix created by the Australian dance act Pnau, featuring Dua singing lines from Elton's 1972 classic 'Rocket Man' and Elton singing lines from his 1990 hit 'Sacrifice.'
Taking to social media to previously tease the song, Elton said: "I am so excited to finally be able to tell you all that I have a new single with Dua Lipa 'Cold Heart (PNAU Remix)' coming out this Friday!"
He added: "Dua, I adore you, and it has been an incredible experience making this together. I can't wait for you all to hear it!"
