It's official ... Princess Diana's niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, is off the market.

The 28-year-old has been pictured with her 60-year-old "silver fox" boyfriend for the first time after they were spotted leaving the exclusive The Mark hotel in New York.

Rumours have been floating around since last August the pair were in a relationship, but both Kitty and the fashion tycoon have remained coy about their romance ever since.

Until now!

Kitty, the eldest of Earl Spencer's children, captured national attention when she attended her cousin's Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding at Windsor Castle last year.

The model looked incredible in a stunning green Dolce & Gabbana dress, with royal fans instantly recognising she has inherited Princess Diana's natural beauty and classy fashion sense.

Kitty's new beau, who is worth £80 million, is six years older than her father.

The South African-born divorced father of three children – all in their 30s – owns a £19 million Central London mansion where Lady Kitty has also been spotted.

Kitty was born in 1990 and grew up in South Africa with her mum. She studied psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town.

She was previously in a four-year relationship with Italian property tycoon Niccolò Barattieri di San Pietro, 48.

Barattieri left her in 2017 and began a romance with Liz Hurley.
